Richard got some great cloud shots there, Kay! I love your words to go along with them, too, and your sweet wish for those who are badly in need of rain.

I've been known to spend an inordinate amount of time gazing at the sky and daydreaming...:)

Here in Sydney we have seen oodles of rain recently! But it is our season for it. I love clouds. Am in the process of trying to bring them to Alannah's attention. She is currently hung up on birds!!

Clouds change their shapes so rapidly that you could literally stand there with your camera all day, just snapping away!

WHEN PLANETS PLUMMET

When planets plummet
And comets careen,
It’s the strangest sight
You ever have seen.

When drunk stars stagger
And comets collide,
It’s time to look up
As you go outside

To stare at the sky
Where the strangest sight
Is the moon-faced thing
That you see at night.

Our clouds in Hawaii are loads grayer, Kay! My mother is frustrated for her laundry on the clothes line.

I love "different" skies, Kay. Ominous, mysterious clouds? Thanks for sharing. (((Hugs))) Jo

Wisps of smoke from distant wildfires but no clouds in my sky of late so I'm enjoying yours.

We've got a few clouds here too, but mostly sun and warmth. Looks like summer if finally here. - Margy
